  • We liaise directly with the venue, production and day-of-show contacts. Load-in times, stage specs, parking, crew requirements and hospitality — all show-day details confirmed before you travel.

  • Travel and accommodation planned with the wider tour schedule in mind, ensuring realistic routing, sensible travel days and a well-paced itinerary. Where required, hotels can be booked through our preferred travel partner, with access to competitive industry rates.

  • A clear breakdown of expected costs before the tour begins, with any potential overspend identified early. Once the run is complete, a final budget reconciliation provides a transparent overview of planned versus actual expenditure.

  • Everything is managed through Master Tour, giving artists, crew and management access to the latest schedules, venue information, contacts and travel details in one central place.

  • Advancing doesn't end once the tour begins. We remain available throughout the run, providing continued support if plans change, issues arise or additional coordination is needed.

This service is best suited to confirmed tours, promo runs, one-off shows and appearances where the dates are in place, but the operational details still need pulling together. Every tour is different, so remote tour management is quoted as a fixed project fee rather than a day rate. Pricing is based on the scope of the tour, including the number of dates, territories, travel complexity, and the level of support required, providing clarity from the outset and avoiding unexpected costs.
