REMOTE TOUR MANAGEMENT
REDUCE COSTS, NOT STANDARDS.
All the preparation of an experienced tour manager, without the overhead of taking one on the road.
HOW IT WORKS
Not every tour needs a tour manager on the road.
For artists, bands and management teams who want the confidence of professional tour management without the cost of taking another crew member on tour, remote tour management provides all the preparation, coordination and communication needed before the first show.
Every detail is handled in advance, from venue liaison and logistics to travel, schedules, budgets and day sheets - so everyone arrives informed, prepared and ready to go.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
ARTIST OR BAND
YOUR TOUR IS CONFIRMED. NOW IT NEEDS PREPARING.
Whether you're heading out as a support act, playing your own headline run, doing promo, or preparing for a one-off show, you need the key details locked in before you arrive.
We handle the venue communication, travel details, parking, hospitality, schedules, production notes and day-of-show information, so you can focus on performing rather than chasing logistics.
You get the confidence of professional tour preparation without the cost of carrying a full-time tour manager on the road when you don't need to.
MANAGEMENT
PROFESSIONAL ADVANCING. HANDLED PROPERLY.
Successful tours are built long before the first show. Every venue, supplier, schedule and cost needs confirming, communicating and documented before anyone travels.
Propella manages the entire advancing process, coordinating directly with venues, production teams and suppliers while keeping management informed throughout. The result is clear communication, fewer last-minute issues and a touring party that arrives knowing exactly what's expected.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
-
We liaise directly with the venue, production and day-of-show contacts. Load-in times, stage specs, parking, crew requirements and hospitality — all show-day details confirmed before you travel.
-
Travel and accommodation planned with the wider tour schedule in mind, ensuring realistic routing, sensible travel days and a well-paced itinerary. Where required, hotels can be booked through our preferred travel partner, with access to competitive industry rates.
-
A clear breakdown of expected costs before the tour begins, with any potential overspend identified early. Once the run is complete, a final budget reconciliation provides a transparent overview of planned versus actual expenditure.
-
Everything is managed through Master Tour, giving artists, crew and management access to the latest schedules, venue information, contacts and travel details in one central place.
-
Advancing doesn't end once the tour begins. We remain available throughout the run, providing continued support if plans change, issues arise or additional coordination is needed.
This service is best suited to confirmed tours, promo runs, one-off shows and appearances where the dates are in place, but the operational details still need pulling together. It covers pre-tour preparation and remote support. If you need someone physically on the road, Full Tour Management covers exactly that.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND EVERY DETAIL
Tom is a tour director with years of worldwide touring experience spanning headline tours, support runs, festivals, TV & radio appearances and promo. He's handled advancing across tours at every level and knows the details venues often miss, the information managers need, and the cost of catching problems too late.

PRICING
PRICED ON SCOPE, AGREED BEFORE WE START
Every tour is different, so remote tour management is quoted as a fixed project fee rather than a day rate. Pricing is based on the scope of the tour, including the number of dates, territories, travel complexity, and the level of support required, providing clarity from the outset and avoiding unexpected costs.
THE EARLIER, THE BETTER
The earlier we're involved, the more value we can add. Ideally, we'd begin working together 8 weeks before the first show, giving us time to advance each date thoroughly, coordinate travel and logistics, and ensure every detail is confirmed before anyone sets off. If you've got dates coming up and the advance still needs attention, drop us a message or book a call.
